As our kickoff event on September 11th, the youth decided to go paintballing at Paintball USA in Santa Clarita. Ever since then we've started a series Aaron calls "Pop Songs That Remind Me of Stuff in the Bible". So far we've covered songs by Pink Floyd, Counting Crowes, and others that you may not necessarily think of as biblical.
Afterwards, we have a snack and play a game. Last week it was The Great Duct Tape Challenge and this week we'll Kill the Grog.
We always start at 7pm, always crack open the bible, always get fed a snack, and always have fun! Contact Aaron (email him at aaron@spchristian.org ) for more info.

We meet every Sunday night from 7:00pm to 8:45pm and we fill that time with snacks, games, activities, prayer, and talks. Currently we are studying the Gospel of John, and as the summer approaches we'll be preparing for our mission trip this summer.

During the month of February, the Uth are meeting at 7pm on Sunday nights to talk about questions that they want to know about.

2/11/11 Friday 6pm Cooking dinner at Union Station Homeless Services. Meet at 412 S Raymond ave.

For the next couple of months we are letting the youth drive the content. On this night we'll get together a long list of questions that you want us to address, and we'll feature one of them each night.

Thanks for coming out to cook dinner for Union Station! We're taking a December hiatus and will be back in January...
